Subscription · Per conversation · Performance

Custom requirements. Custom pricing.

We do not sell one standardized product, so we do not publish one standardized price. What you pay depends on what you actually need and on how much of it you want us to take off your hands.

Pricing models

Three ways we price, or a combination.

01

Subscription

A recurring fee for the platform, the environment and the agreed scope. Common where technology, infrastructure and security are the primary requirement.

02

Per conversation

A price per conversation handled. Common where volume varies and you want cost to follow it.

03

Performance

Pricing tied to the outcome we deliver. Relevant where the conversation carries a measurable commercial result.

Most engagements combine two of these. We look at your situation and your requirement, not at which model is easiest for us to invoice.

What is in scope

Software, strategy, implementation and execution.

A proposal covers whichever of these you need. Some customers take the platform and run it themselves. Others hand us the entire conversational operation.

Software
Our conversational platform, deployed according to your infrastructure and security requirements.
Strategy
Conversational design, journey definition and the decisions about what to automate and what not to.
Implementation
Integrations, workflows, channels and the work of getting it live in your environment.
Execution
Native-speaking operators running the conversations, from escalation only to the full journey.
To be clear

Cheaper is always possible.

There is cheaper software than ours, and if a standard product covers your requirement you should buy one. But if you want the whole thing taken off your hands, done properly, we are the right party to call.

What would a proposal look like?

Tell us the requirement and we will put a model and a number against it.

From our CEO
